The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board was initially set-up as Pre  Medical Test Board by Government of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1970. Later, in the year 1981, Pre Engineering  Board was  constituted. Soon after, in the year 1982 both these  Boards were  amalgamated and  named as Professional  Examination Board (P.E.B.). Professional Examination Board by Govt. Order No.1325-1717-42-82 dated 17.04.1982 has been assigned  the  responsibility of conducting entrance  tests  for  admission to various  colleges in the state.

MP PET is also known as Madhya Pradesh Pre-Engineering Test. MP PET is held for take admission into various Engineering institutes and colleges at Madhya Pradesh State of India.

Admit Card is published earlier but due to some technical problem of Vyapam official website, Admit Card had been removed and now it is published again on Vyapma website.

Candidates can be download the Admit Card from the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examiation Board or Vyapam official website at http://vyapam.nic.in/

The examination has scheduled to be conducted on 02 May, 2010 and 03 May, 2010.

      The people of the State have an emotional attachment to the institution, since it came into being after a prolonged and collective struggle of the Telugu elite for a University in the educationally backward northern Circars and Ceded districts of the erstwhile Madras Presidency.

      Andhra University was constituted by the Madras Act of 1926. The 82-year-old institution is fortunate to have Sir C.R. Reddy as its founder Vice-Chancellor, as the steps taken by this visionary proved to be fruitful in the long run.

      Former President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was one of its Vice-Chancellors who succeed Dr. C. R. Reddy in 1931. The University College of Arts was inaugurated on 1 st July, 1931.  The inaugural courses were Telugu language and literature, History, Economics and Politics.  A year later, the College of Science and Technology came into being with Honours courses in Physics and Chemistry.   The University pioneered in introducing many new courses in Science, Arts, Management and Engineering in the country.

The FMS 2010 entrance exam results have been declared for the courses MBA and MBA (MS) for the 2010-12 batches. In the MBA program, total number of shortlisted candidates is 748 including all the categories. For the MBA (MS) program, total number of shortlisted candidates is 340. The candidates have been short listed for the GD & PI of the MBA institute.

According to FMS, the candidates will be sent email regarding the GDPI schedule shortly. The GD/PI process will tentatively be held in the last week of March 2010.

The exam was held on Sunday, January 10, 2010 in 20 cities across India. The cities were Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guawahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam.

Karnataka has 56,682 rural habitations including 27,017 Revenue villages. Lalaji was keenly concerned with the fact that though Indian capital was being used to run English Banks and companies, the profits went entirely to the British, while Indians had to contend themselves with a small interest on their capital. He echoed this sentiment in one of his writing while concurring with Rai Mul Raj of Arya Samaj who had long cherished the idea that Indians should have a National Bank of their own. At the instance of Rai Mul Raj, Lala Lajpat Rai sent a circular to selected friends insisting on an Indian joint stock Bank as the first step in constructive Swadeshi and the response was satisfactory.

On 12th April 1895, the bank opened for business, a day before the great Punjabi festival of Baishakhi. The essence of the Bank’s culture was clear at this first meeting itself. The fourteen original shareholders and seven directors took only a modest number of shares; the control of the bank was to lie with the large, dispersed shareholding, a purely professional approach that was as uncommon then as it is today.
